Just another morning on the bus to the city for work...let me paint a picture.
An enormously tall and weighty lady with a face resulting perhaps from a combination of closely related parents combined with perhaps drinking and smoking since she was 12 (so guessing about 45 years of that), in a summery dress with bare varicose veined legs and thongs, and a tattoo on her arm that said "MONKEY" in crooked block letters - and a couple of faded outlines of vaguely monkey shaped figures...with her husband (who may have also been her son), and their 3 children, the eldest of which might have been 20, with the word "F*CK" engraved neatly in capital block letters on the back of one hand, and angled but precise cut marks around it (to accentuate it maybe)...and the youngest with such small squinty eyes he could barely see, the middle child maybe had a different daddy as he had a slightly more exotic look - all looking like they live on KFC, and the adults also ciggies and alcohol, or maybe for all!?!
It almost makes me want to catch the train again, but that's full of neatly groomed yuppies, worse I think.

Club Rakkasah was so good, I haven't been able to shake the feeling my job is so boring and why haven't I don't something else by now instead of staying there! But then, I am grateful to have a steady income...really...in times like these...
What's the biggest frustration in your life right now?
Incredibly wealthy people sitting on millions of dollars and buying ridiculous luxury items (personal jets, millions in jewellery, etc.) when so many are in need (and no I don't mean me - I only have wants - I have my needs).
Was watching "Meet the Natives" - their view was simple, if you have more, you help those less fortunate.
But then if they didn't maybe some jet companies and luxury items/jewellers would go out of business too, hmmm.
]]>Times like these I wonder why I do what I do currently, although I haven't always, received a bunch of newly rebranded templates for our new company image this week, had to fix many ourselves that had various bugs, and send back to corporate fixed for re-roll out! It was all about the sexy marketing materials of course, which are fab - but the day to day use stuff suffered...oh when did I get so boring?

Supported by Cockfight Shootout (sounded and looked a little early Nirvana-ish) and Regular John rocked and had a buck-naked drummer (only with a much better bod than the one in that movie...).

The Taste fest - true
to it's name, producer stalls were good (and took cash), but went home
hungry and thirsty, wouldn't have bothered with the "crown" vouchers
and their associated restaurant tastings had I known - the tastes I
forked out major "crowns" for were v.average. I cooked up some pasta
when home and poured my Red Kelpie Relish on it with some fresh herbs
on top!
Had 2 scallops for the price of $12 that were very average and slightly overdone, from a supposedly 'top' Melbourne restaurant, give me my local Viet anytime over this, could have a scallop feast for not much more than that too.

It was all pretty new to me not having followed Alice closely, only some MTV videos now and then, great entertainment on stage...sword play, hanging, guillotine, death by sword box, straight jacket large needle nuthouse with sexy nurse, baby beheading, and more, gothy gore galore!!

Bells Beach, especially in winter...is a pretty popular surfer spot, in summer, but on a sunny winter day, it's magic...and there can be no-one there...
The National Gallery of Victoria is also good, not exactly a day trip as it's close to home, but can spend all day there once there...planning on some liquid desire...
